The emergence focal therapy options has further increased the importance accurate staging. Patients with pT3b disease (seminal vesical invasion (SVI)) exhibit poorer prognosis due failure tumor recurrence. In study, we investigated performance multiparametric Magnetic Resonance Imaging (3TmpMRI) for per-patient detection SVI patients prostate cancer wholemount histopathology (WMHP) reference. METHODS: This IRB approved, HIPAA compliant observational study comprised 647 consecutive men, who underwent 3TmpMRI prior robotic radical prostatectomy. studies were performed without an endorectal coil (ERC) 46.1% (270/586) 53.9% (316/584) cases, respectively. assessment probability was evaluated on Likert scale (1-5) cases score > 2 considered suspicious SVI.
